AI lecture and training
One session that gives the organisation the same picture of what AI actually does in your industry, how to use it safely and what your next step should be. We run everything from an introduction with no prerequisites to advanced and role-specific training — more value from your people’s work and the tools you already have.

Three levels to choose from
Not everyone needs the same session. We run everything from an introduction with no prerequisites to deeper sessions for people who already use AI daily.
- 01
Foundation — no prerequisites
What AI is and is not, what it does in your industry, where it goes wrong and how to use it safely. For the whole organisation.
- 02
Advanced — for those already working with AI
Better prompts, multi-step workflows, agents, your own data and knowledge sources, plus when AI is not the right tool.
- 03
Role-specific — tailored to the job
The same foundation, but examples, risks and exercises come from that specific role’s everyday work.
Role-specific lectures
AI for leadership teams
Direction, prioritisation, risk and what you actually need to decide over the coming year.
AI for project managers
Planning, status reports, risk analysis and documentation — and how to review what AI produces.
AI for HR and recruitment
Candidate handling, policy, bias and the requirements that apply when AI is used in decisions about people.

AI for sales and customer service
Suggested replies, customer insight and follow-up, without customer data ending up in the wrong place.
AI for developers and technical teams
Code assistance, review, test data and integrations — plus where the quality risks actually are.

AI literacy under the EU AI Act
The EU AI Act requires AI literacy for those who use AI at work. The level required depends on what the AI is used for.
- Chatbots, writing assistants and similar everyday tools
- Baseline literacy: data protection and not leaking customer or personal data
- Understand the model’s limitations and recognise hallucinations
- Know when an answer must be reviewed by a human
- For example credit scoring or AI in hiring
- Advanced role-specific training in transparency and disclosure duties
- Strict data governance and documented data handling
- Formal human oversight that is actually performed and can be evidenced

The whole organisation gets the same picture — and a recommended first step.
Everyone listens for something different
Pick a seat and see what that person leaves with.
"What does it cost, and what does it give?"
A picture of where the value actually sits with you, and which step is reasonable to take first.
The questions that always come
Tap a question to see the answer we give — in the room and before you book.
The natural next step
Want everyone on the same page?
Tell us what your everyday work looks like and we tailor the examples to your tasks and systems. The session has fixed scope and requires no prior knowledge.
