These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FigFlows AB's website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

FigFlows AB provides AI automation solutions, software development services, and related consulting services. Our services include: • AI agent development and implementation • Business process automation • Custom software development • System integration and consulting Service details and specifications are defined in separate agreements with each client.

As a user of our services, you agree to: • Use our services lawfully and ethically • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials • Respect intellectual property rights • Not interfere with the operation of our services • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. General conditions include: • Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed • Late payments may incur interest charges • Disputes must be raised within 30 days of invoice date • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

All intellectual property rights in our services, website, and materials remain with FigFlows AB or our licensors. This includes: • Software code and algorithms • Documentation and materials • Trademarks and branding • Proprietary methodologies Client-specific developments and data remain the property of the client as specified in service agreements.

Either party may terminate service agreements according to the terms specified therein. Immediate termination may occur in cases of: • Material breach of terms • Non-payment of fees • Violation of laws or regulations • Misuse of services Upon termination, certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice to existing clients.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through Swedish courts, with Umeå District Court as the court of first instance. We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
